A working WordPress Multisite network prepared by Bellcourt Systems for RFP 743-2026-RFP-1515, built before award to demonstrate the approach in our proposal on the University’s own sites. One WordPress installation serves every site below, each on its own domain.

SBDC Tech Commercialization Center
All public content from tcc.txsbdc.org, migrated by script from the WordPress REST API, reorganized into six pages, with redirects from every legacy address.
SBDC Center for Global Development
An English and Spanish page pair migrated from sbdcglobal.com, the one VIED site on Joomla, with page language and translation links.
How to evaluate it
- Press Tab once on any page: the first thing that receives focus is a visible “Skip to content” link.
- Narrow the browser or use a phone, open the menu, and press Escape: the menu closes and focus returns to the menu button.
- Run the WAVE extension, which the University’s Web Accessibility and SEO Coordinator recommends, on any page.
- Visit a retired address such as tcc-vied.bellcourtsystems.com/nadia-bio/ and watch it redirect.
